医护联合式健康教育在肺部肿瘤患者围术期中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨医护联合互动式健康教育模式在胸外科护理中的应用效果。方法便利抽样选取2015年1-6月在同济大学附属上海市肺科医院胸外科行择期手术的240例患者为研究对象,根据住院号单、双数将其分为观察组和对照组各120例,分别给予医护联合式健康教育、常规健康教育,比较两组患者对健康教育内容的掌握情况及满意度。结果观察组患者对健康教育内容的掌握情况及满意度均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论医护联合式健康教育有利于增强胸外科手术患者对疾病及围术期相关知识的了解,提高患者满意度。

Application of Doctor-nurse Health Education in Perioperative Period of Lung Tumor
Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse health education in perioperative period of lung tumor.Methods By convenience sampling,240 cases were selected and equally divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received health education conducted by doctors and nurses,while the control group was applied with conventional education method.The mastery level of health education content and satisfaction level were compared between two groups.Results The mastery level of health education content and patients satisfaction level in observation group were better than that of control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions The doctor-nurse health education can promote patients grasp of perioperative period knowledge,and increase the satisfaction degree.
