尿毒症患者残障接受度的现状及其影响因素

目的了解尿毒症患者残障接受度的现状,并探讨其残障接受度的影响因素。方法 2016年3-5月采用便利抽样法选取江苏省某三级甲等医院收治的342例尿毒症患者为研究对象。以一般资料调查表、残障接受度量表对其进行调查。结果尿毒症患者残障接受度总分为(180.45±26.93)分;病程、性别是尿毒症患者残障接受度的影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论尿毒症患者残障接受度处于中等水平,病程、性别为其影响因素,医护人员可通过残障接受度量表的控制、服从、扩大和转变4个维度为切入点对其进行护理干预,以期提高尿毒症患者的残障接受度。

Study of the Present Disability Acceptance of Patients with Uremia and Its Influencing Factors

Objective To investigate the present disability acceptance among uremia patients,and also to discuss its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling,342 uremia patients were selected and investigated with general information questionnaire,acceptance of disability scale (ADS).Results The to-tal score of disability acceptance of uremia patients was (180.45±26.93).The course of disease and gender were the influencing factors of the disability acceptance of uremia patients (all P<0.05).Conclusions The level of disability acceptance is in the medium level among uremia patients and course of disease and gender are the influencing factors.The medical staff can take effective measures to intervene four factors of disabil-ity acceptance and to improve the level of disability acceptance of uremia patients.
