| 摘 要： | 目的编制中药汤剂煎服依从性问卷并进行信效度检验。方法通过文献检索和理论构建初步形成问卷条目池,采用专家咨询形成调查问卷。于2014年5月至2015年5月,采用便利抽样法选取某三级甲等医院252名患者进行实测,检验问卷的信效度。结果问卷共计17个条目包含3个维度即煎药依从性、服药依从性、社会支持及个人态度,该问卷总的内部一致性信度Cronbach α系数为0.845,各维度Cronbach α系数为0.714~0.825,重测信度为0.877。问卷各条目的内容效度CVI值为0.846~1.000。经探索性因子分析得出3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.22%。结论问卷的信度、效度分析表明,本问卷具有较好的稳定性和可靠性。

Design and Validity and Reliability Test of Compliance Questionnaire of Patients Taking Chinese Medicine Decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective To design the compliance questionnaire of patients taking Chinese medicine decoc-tion and to test its validity and reliability.Methods By reviewing of the literature,referencing to relevant theory and questionnaires,field working and expert consultation were used to develop initial questionnaire. By convenience sampling,252 patients were selected and completed the questionnaire,and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested.Results The questionnaire was composed of 1 7 items belonging to 3 dimensions:tisanes compliance,medication adherence,social support and personal attitude.The Cron-bach’sαcoefficient was 0.845 for the whole questionnaire and 0.714-0.825 for the dimensions.Test-retest reliability was 0.877.Item-CVI ranged from 0.846-1.000.After exploratory factor analysis,the questionnaire had 3 factors which explained 67.22% of the total sample variance.Conclusions The questionnaire is a reli-able and valid instrument to assess the compliance of patients taking Chinese medicine decoction. |
