胃癌患者术后早期的康复指导训练

目的探讨胃癌患者术后早期的康复指导训练方法及效果。方法便利抽样选择2012年1月至2014年3月在南京中医药大学附属张家港中医医院收治胃癌患者60例,按入院先后分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组根据设计的康复指导训练效果评价表进行康复训练。结果观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组(P0.05);观察组的自理情况要明显优于对照组(P0.05);康复指导训练后两组患者在食欲情况、睡眠质量、精神状况、对癌症的认识程度、家庭理解与配合及日常生活情况等6个维度上的差异有统计学意义(均P0.01),观察组优于对照组。结论对胃癌患者术后实施康复指导训练,有利于患者术后康复,可减少患者住院时间,提高生活质量。

Postoperative Early Rehabilitation Guidance Training on Patients with Gastric Cancer

Objective To explore the effect and method of postoperative early rehabilitation guidance training on patients with gastric cancer.Methods Totally 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer were randomly selected and equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group was applied with conventional health education,while the observation group was applied with postoperative early rehabilitation guidance training.Results The hospital stay in observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P <0.05),and the self-care ability in observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P <0.05).There were statistical sig-nificance of appetite,sleep quality,mental status,understanding of cancer,family understanding,cooperation and daily life showed between two group after the early rehabilitation guidance training(all P <0.01),and that of the observation group was better than control group.Conclusion The application of rehabilitation guidance training can benefit to the postoperative recovery,reduce the hospital stay time,and improve the quality of life.
