品管圈活动降低留置胃管患者的鼻部皮肤受损率

目的探讨品管圈活动降低留置胃管患者鼻部皮肤受损率的效果。方法 2013年8-10月,应用品管圈活动的十大步骤,查找分析留置胃管患者鼻部皮肤受损的原因,制定相应对策并实施。结果实行品管圈活动后,留置胃管患者鼻部皮肤受损率由33.33%下降至8.33%,小组成员在责任心、自信心、积极性、解决问题的能力、沟通协作的能力、团队合作的能力和品管圈手法掌握程度等方面均有明显提高。结论品管圈活动在降低留置胃管患者鼻部皮肤受损率的实践中效果显著,还使得团队合作的能力和解决问题的能力有所提高。

Quality Control Circle Activity in Reducing the Nasal Skin Damage Rate of Patients with In-dwelling Gastric Tube

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC)activities in reducing the nasal skin damage rate of patients with indwelling stomach tube.Methods By using the ten steps of QCC activities to find the reason for the nasal skin damage of patients,and make corresponding countermeas-ures.Results After the implementation of QCC activities,the nasal skin damage rate reduced from 33.33%to 8.33%,the responsibility,self-confidence,initiative,problem solving ability,communication and coopera-tion ability,team cooperation ability and quality control technique master degree in team members were all significantly improved.Conclusion QCC activities had significant effect in reducing nasal skin damage rate of patients with indwelling stomach tube,and improving team cooperation ability and problem solving ability.
