网络视频健康教育在尿流改道患者居家护理中的应用及效果

目的探讨网络视频健康教育在尿流改道患者居家护理的应用及效果。方法便利抽样法选取2012年12月至2014年12月在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院泌尿外科行尿流改道术的100例患者作为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组各50例,分别给予常规健康教育和网络视频健康教育,评价并比较两组患者出院时和出院后3个月的生活质量、生活满意度及日常生活活动能力情况。结果出院时,两组患者的简明健康状况调查量表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)得分、生活满意度指数A(life satisfaction index,LSIA)和生活满意度指数B(life satisfaction index,LSIB)得分、Barthel指数评定量表(the barthel index of activities dailyliving)得分差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05);出院后3个月,观察组患者的SF-36量表得分、LSIA和LSIB指数得分、Barthel指数得分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论对尿流改道出院后的居家患者进行网络视频健康教育干预,可保证患者出院后能够得到专业的护理支持和帮助,有利于提高患者的生活质量。

Application and Effect of Online Video Health Education in Home Care for Patients with Urina-ry Diversion

Objective To discuss the application and effects of online video health education in home care for patients with urinary diversion.Methods Totally 100 bladder cancer patients with urinary diversion were randomly selected and equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group was applied with routine health education,while the observation group was applied with online video health education.The quality of life (QOL)when discharge and 3 months after discharge,life satisfaction level and activities of daily living (ADL)were compared and evaluated between two groups.Results There was no statistical significance found between two groups in the scores of the MOS item short from health survey (SF-36),life satisfaction index (LSIA),life satisfaction index (LSIB)and the barthel index of activities dailyliving (P >0.05).After 3 months of discharge,the SF-36 score,LSIA and LSIB score,Barthel index in observation group were all higher than that of control group (all P <0.05).Conclusions Online video health education intervention in home care for patients with urinary diversion can ensure the patients to get professional nursing support and help after discharge,and it helps to improve the quality of life.
