手术人员外科手消毒知识及文化氛围的调查分析

目的探讨手术人员对外科手消毒知识掌握情况及文化氛围现状,为全面提高外科手消毒质量提供参考。方法2015年4月,便利抽样选择某三级甲等医院193名手术人员,对其进行外科手消毒知识及文化氛围现状的问卷调查。结果手术人员外科手消毒知识的正确率为65.8%~98.4%,得分80分以上有159人(82.38%),说明手术人员对外科手消毒相关知识掌握良好。手术人员提醒他人或他人提醒自己外科手消毒操作要规范时心理感受得分分别为(3.23±1.03)分和(3.38±1.04)分,说明手术人员内心感受较舒适。而"在过去3个月里,您主动提醒他人或他人提醒您外科手消毒要规范的次数?"得分分别为(1.36±0.81)和(1.08±0.43)分,说明科室的外科手消毒文化氛围欠佳。手术人员在提醒不同职称手术人员外科手消毒要规范时内心感受得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论通过文化宣传、鼓励相互监督和互相督促等方法,可营造良好的外科手消毒文化氛围,持续有效地改进外科手消毒质量。

Research Analysis of Cultural Atmosphere and Surgical Hand Antisepsis Knowledge of Surgical Staff

Objective To discuss the cultural atmosphere and the mastery status of surgical hand antisepsis knowledge of surgical staff,in order to provide reference for the improvement of surgical hand antisepsis quality.Methods By convenience sampling,1 93 surgical staffs were selected and their surgical hand anti-sepsis knowledge and cultural atmosphere were investigated.Results The correct answer rate was 65.8%~98.4%,159 cases scored over 80 (82.38%),it reflected that the surgical staff mastered well in surgical hand antisepsis knowledge.The scores for inner experience during others remind themselves about surgical hand antisepsis standard and during surgical staffs remind others about the standard were(3.23±1.03)and (3.38±1.04),it means the surgical staffs felt comfortable.The scores for the question of “during the last 3 months,the times of you remind others about the surgical hand antisepsis standard and the other way around”were (1.36±0.81)and(1.08±0.43),it means the department was lack of surgical hand antisepsis cultural atmosphere.There was statistical significance of inner experience showed in remind other surgical staffs with different job titles (P <0.05).Conclusion The culture propaganda,encouragement and dual su-pervise can create a great surgical hand antisepsis cultural atmosphere,and continuously improving surgical hand antisepsis quality.
