| 摘 要： | 流行性出血热(EHF)严重威胁着人群的健康。目前临床上尚缺乏特效治疗,干扰素(IFN)在体内及体外的细胞培养中均具有抗病毒作用。我们使用国产人白细胞干扰素(HLI)治疗EHF早期患者,似有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Matched-pairs design was carried out to observe therapeutic effects of human leukocyte interferon (HLI) on epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). Eight cases were treated with HLI and another eight served as control with symptomatic therapy only. The results showed that HLI could inhibit the development of uremia and the formation of circulating immune complexes, Thus HLI might serve as an immune regulator as well as an antiviral agent in the treatment of EHF. |
