摘    要:目的 :正确评价吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病的疗效 ,为复治提供依据。方法 :循环抗原 ( CAg)检测法和病原检查法。结果 :190例急性血吸虫病患者治疗后半年、1.5年、3年和 4年常规粪孵法的阴转率分别是 83.7%、87.4 %、99.5%和 98.0 %。治疗 5年后 ,采用检测 CAg考核疗效 ,检查 164例 ,阳性 2 2例 ,阳性率为 13.4 %。用病原学方法核查 ,阳性符合率为 68.2 % ( 15/ 2 2 )。结论 :检测CAg可减少漏诊 ,且省时省力。表明在血吸虫病防治后期 ,检测 CAg能考核吡喹酮的疗效和确定需要复治的病人。

Abstract:AIM:To assess the therapeutic effect of praziquantel in treating acute schistosomiasis and provide evidence for further treament.METHODS:Circulating antigens (CAg) detection method and etiological detection method.RESULTS:One hundred and ninety acute schistoso- miasis patients were treated with praziquntel.After 0 .5 ,1 .5 ,3and 4years,their negative rate was83.7% ,87.4% ,99.5 % and98.0 % ,respectively by fecal hatching method.Five years after treatment,the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by CAg detection method.Of 1 6 4schistosomiasis patients,2 2 were positive (1 3.4% ) .As compared with etiological detec- tion method,the coincident positive rate was6 8.2 % .CONCL USION:The CAg detection method can reduce the diagnosis- missing rate and save time and labor.Especially,during the late period of the schistosomiasis prevention and treatment,this method can be used to evalu- ate the therapeutic effect of praziquantel and provide evidence for further treatment of pa- tients.
