| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察早期康复对四肢骨折后肢体功能恢复临床意义。方法 :共收治了四肢骨折的阿拉伯人、英国人、希腊人共 41例患者 ,其中上肢骨关节损伤 2 5例 ,下肢骨关节损伤 16例。分为康复组 2 1例 ,对照组 2 0例。在制动期 ,康复组接受综合康复治疗 (理疗 ,肌肉等长训练 ,关节被动、主动运动等 ) ,对照组不接受任何康复治疗。运用上肢功能评定器 (SHEF)和下肢功能评定器 (L REF)与日常生活活动能力 (ADL)进行功能评定。结果 :康复组四肢各项综合功能评定积分明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,两组差异有非常显著性。结论 :早期康复对促进骨折后肢体运动功能的恢复具有积极作用 |

Implication of early rehabilitation on function restoration after osteoarticular traumata |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe early rehabilitation on restoration of motion function after four extremity fracture the implication.Methods:41 cases patinets who had suffered from the fracture.25 cases upper extremities frcature and 16 cases lower extremities fractrue were random divide into eraly rehabiliation treatment group and control grop,21 cases in the immobilized period were received comprehensive rehabilition treatment.Including physyotherapies,isometric muscular contraction training and articulaar.Anther 20 cases didn’t received the renabibitation treatment.The notion funciton of extremity was assessed by functional upper and lower extremity evaluation method and ADL.Results:The evaluated score of early rehabitition group higher than that of control group observious:There was a significant difference between two groups( P <0.01).Conclusion:It is indicated that the early rehabilition plays an imprtant role for promting the trstoration of motion function extremities fracture. |
