高效液相色谱法测定蕲蛇风湿酒中淫羊藿苷的含量

[目的]建立蕲蛇风湿酒中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250.0mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶水(30∶70),流动量为1mL/min,检测波长为270nm,柱温为35℃.[结果]淫羊藿苷质量浓度在68～338μg/L范围内时进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r值为0.9999),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.3%.[结论]高效液相色谱法测定蕲蛇风湿酒中淫羊藿苷含量的方法具有简便,准确,重现性好等优点.

Content determination of the icariin in the agkistrodon rheumatic wine by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish the measuring method for the content determination of the icariin in the agkistrodon rheumatic wine. METHODS High performance liquid chromatographic method （HPLC） was used,in which the chromatographic column was C18（4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase acetonitrile∶water was 30∶70,flow rate was 1 mL/min,determine wavelength was 270 nm and temperature of column was 35 ℃. RESULTS The linear relation of icariin was good that r=0.999 9 within the limit of 68338 μg/L,the value of average recovery rate was 100.6% and RSD was 0.3%. CONCLUSION The HPLC for detecting the content of the icariin in the agkistrodon rheumatic wine has the advantages of simple,convenient,accurate and wellrepeatability.
