下肢骨折术后急性深静脉血栓形成的治疗

目的　探讨下肢骨折及术后急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗效果显著的方法。方法　设通常静脉滴注尿激酶、低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参注射液 13例为对照组 ,设经导管静脉内尿激酶溶栓 11例为治疗组 ,行两组治疗对比。结果　治疗组的治愈率 81 85 % ,总有效率 10 0 % ;对照组治愈率 2 3 1% ,总有效率 6 9 2 % ,两者显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　经导管血管内溶栓方法 ,用药量少 ,直接栓内溶栓 ,加之机械性破坏血栓 ,溶栓效果迅速 ,减少出血等副作用 ,是治疗骨折术后急性深静脉血栓形成的良好方法

Treatment of Post-operative Acute Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Extremity Fracture

Objective To discuss obvious effect of post-operative acute deep vein thrombosis following lower extremity fracture.Methods Thirteen cases of control group were treated with commonly used intravenous drip of urokinase,low molecular dextran and injection of Salviae Miltiorrhizae;Elvene cases of treated group is thromboclasis with urokinase through catheter.The results of treatment of the two groups are compared.Results The cure rate of treated group was 81 8%,and the total effective rate was 100%; the cure rate of control group was 23 1%,and the total effective rate was 62 9%,There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0 05).Conclusions There are many advantages about thromboclasis through catheter:such as less dose of drug,direct thromboclasis,mechanical destructing thrombosis ,quickly thromboclasis and less side effect.So it is a good method for treating post-operative acute deep vein thrombosis following lower extremity fracture.
