| 摘 要： | 目的了解通过糖尿病病人／家属教育对糖尿病病人进行系统的生活方式干预后病人家庭功能主观评估的影响。方法调查对比自愿参加糖尿病教育、生活方式干预实验前后糖尿病人对家庭功能的主观评估。结果参加生活方式干预实验前后，糖尿病病人对家庭功能主观评估有统计学差别。结论对糖尿病人及其家属进行系统的糖尿病教育及生活方式干预，能够改善糖尿病人的家庭功能，提高糖尿病人的家庭支持，从而提高糖尿病人的自我及家庭管理能力，达到糖尿病二级预防目的。

| Abstract: | Objective Study on effect of lifestyle intervention on diabetic patients' self-evaluation of family function by educating diabetics and their family members.Methods Investigated and compared the diabetes patients' self-evaluation of family function before and after lifestyle intervention by educating diabetics and their family members.Results There was a significant difference in diabetics' self-evaluation of family function between before and after lifestyle intervention.Conclusion Diabetes education and lifestyle intervention can improve the family function of diabetes patients,enhance family support for diabetes patients,thus improve the ability of diabetics' self-management and their family members' management.All theses are essential for diabetes second prevention. |
