小剂量氯胺酮预防小儿异丙酚注射痛

目的评价小剂量氯胺酮预防小儿异丙酚注射痛的有效性。方法将160例行择期手术的患儿随机分成4组,分别接受0.9%生理盐水(S组),氯胺酮100μg/kg(K100组)、200μg/kg(K200组)、300μg/kg(K300组),各试验用药均为2 mL,注射上述药液后,即刻给予2 mg/kg的异丙酚。由另一位麻醉医生每隔2 s评定注射痛的有无及程度。结果 K300组疼痛的强度及发生率最低。结论 300μg/kg的氯胺酮可以有效预防异丙酚注射痛。

Prevention of low-dose ketamine on propofol-induced pain in children

Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of low-dose ketamine on propofol-indued pain in children.Methods One hundred and sixty patients presenting for selective surgery were randomly allocated into four groups,patients received 0.9% saline(Group S),ketamine 100 μg/kg(Group K100),200 μg/kg(Group K200)or 300 μg/kg(Group K300),all pretreatment drugs were made in 2 mL,followed by administration 2 mg/kg bolus of propofol.An anesthesiologist blinded to the study monitored each patient′s pain score at 2s intervals.Results The incidence and intensity of pain were the lowest in the Group K300.Conclusion Administration of 300 μg/kg ketamine immediately before propofol injection reduced propofol injection pain.
