螺旋CT三维重建技术在肺栓塞诊断中的应用

目的 探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在肺栓塞（PE）诊断中的应用价值。方法 对28例临床确诊为PE的患者进行双层螺旋CT肺动脉造影检查（DSCTPA），三维重建技术采用曲面重建（CPR），仿真内窥镜（VE）等技术作图像后处理。结果 中央型PE15例，周围型PE 8例，混合型PE 5例。对中央型PE的敏感性和特异性均为100%，对周围型PE的敏感性为95%，特异性为87%。结论 螺旋CT三维重建技术能够准确及时地检查出中央型PE，准确性为100%，对周围型PE的检出率有明显提高，且影像可靠。

Application of spiral CT 3-Dimensional reconstruction to diagnosis pulmonary embolism

Objective To investigate the application of spiral CT 3-dimensional reconstruction in diagnosing pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods 28 surgically confirmed cases of PE were examined withdual-slice CT angiography (DSCTPA) by an experienced physician.Results DSCTPA demonstrated central PE in 15 cases, peripheralPE in 8 and a mixture of both in 5.In diagnosing central PE,boththe sensitivity and specificity were 100%;while they were 95% and67% respectively in diagnosing peripheral PE. Conclusion Spiral CT3-dimensional reconstruction is a reliable and efficient method inthe diagnosis of central PE,and it facilitates the diagnosis ofperipheral PE as well.
