| Abstract: | In the knowledge-based economy era, "Relying on Science and Education to Rejuvenate the Nation" is a critical strategic choice. To fulfill this strategy, we must realize that education is the basis and talent persons are the key. It is precious treasure of facing challenges of knowledge-based economy to develop qualities of science of the mass labor staff. So we must focus on CME. |
