| 摘 要： | 基质金属蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinases，MMPs）和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂（tissue in—hibitors of metalloproteinases，TIMPs）在医学的多个领域都得到了广泛的研究。随着近年来对MMPs与TIMPs在牙本质一牙髓复合体中研究的开展，发现它们与牙齿的多种生理、病理反应都有着密切的联系。本文仅就MMPs、TIMPs的研究现状和它们在牙本质-牙髓复合体中的研究进展作一综述

| Abstract: | In recent years matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases(TIMPs) have been widely researched. With the study of MMPs and TIMs in the dentin-pulp complex, it has been found that the physiological and pathological reaction of tooth had close connection with MMPs and TIMPs. This article discusses current research on the MMPs and TIMPs. |
