专职健康教育护士在胸外科病房的作用

目的探讨专职健康教育护士在胸外科病房的作用。方法选拔病房优秀护士担任专职健康教育者，按照工作职责对患者进行全程全方位个体化的健康教育，评价实施效果。结果对181例患者的调查显示，设置专职健康教育护士前131例患者对健康教育工作很满意，设置额专职健康教育护士后，表示很满意人数提高至173例，差异具有统计学意义（x2=18．64，P〈0．05）。结论病房设置专职健康教育护士能显著提高健康教育效果，真正实现以患者为中心的优质服务理念。

Effect of full-time nurses in health education in the thoracic surgery ward

Objective To explore effect of full-time nurses in health education in the thoracic surgery ward.Methods Through the selection process of excellent nurse as full-time health educators,according to the job responsibilities to the patient for the whole education.The effect was analyzed.Results Investigation of 181 patients indicated that 131 patients was satisfied with the health education performance before the establishment of full-time health educators and 173 patients after the establishment of full-time health educators,and the difference was statistically significant ( x2 =18.64,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Establishment of full-time health education nurses can significantly improve the health education effect,and truly realize patient-centered high-quality service concept.
