| 摘 要： | 目的探讨淋巴结细针穿刺细胞学（fine needle aspiration cytology,FNAC）检查的病理特点及临床价值。方法采用回顾性分析方法,研究640例淋巴结FNAC病理特点,并结合临床诊断及病理组织学诊断结果进行比较分析。结果 640例中良性病变388例,特异性为93.3%;恶性肿瘤252例,敏感性为86.3%。假阴性率为4.1%,无假阳性病例出现,总准确率94.1%,穿刺成功率100%。结论 FNAC操作安全简便,对淋巴结病变具有较高的诊断价值,为临床诊断及治疗提供了可靠依据。
