| 摘 要： | 目的了解近年来抗HBV（乙型肝炎病毒）核苷类似物的利用趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法根据医院网络系统,采用限定日剂量（DDD）、用药数量、金额及用药频度（DDDs）等指标,对四川省人民医院2008～2010年抗HBV核苷类似物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果抗HBV核苷类似物的使用数量和金额呈逐年上升趋势,其中阿德福韦酯和恩替卡韦的用量增幅较大,拉米夫定用量上升趋势变缓。结论抗HBV核苷类似物临床使用基本合理,拉米夫定和阿德福韦酯占主导地位,恩替卡韦有很好的应用前景。
