| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理模式在甲状腺手术患者围手术期的应用价值。方法选取110例甲状腺手术患者患者,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例;对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上依据患者情况实施舒适护理。比较两组的患者血压、心率、焦虑程度、疼痛改善、护理满意度等指标的差异。结果观察组血压、心率异常比率、焦虑程度明显低于对照组而疼痛改善、护理满意度高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理能够改善甲状腺手术患者的临床治疗效果,提高护理质量,具有得临床推广应用价值。
