| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨动态脑电图在NICU病房中的使用方法,改进传统的脑电图安装方法,不断提高新生儿动态脑电图的安全性和监测效果.方法:对42例NICU病房中新生儿采用标准电极定位、胶带缠绕式电极安装、干扰因素管理、填写脑电图事件记录等.结果:通过改进后的方法,成功监测新生儿脑电图,以利脑电图的判读与分析,指导临床.结论:采用胶带缠绕方法安装新生儿AEEG电极,不仅保证脑电图监测质量,而且能避免化学溶剂对新生儿健康的影响

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the usage of AEEG in NICU and improve the traditional installation method which can increase neonatal AEEG monitoring results and its safety. Methods： Standard electrode orientation, installing electrode by wind of tape, Interference factors management, fill event record in EEG etc were used in 42 newborns in NICU. Results： EEG monitoring through the improved methods helped Interpretation and analysis of neonatal EEG and the clinical guide.Conclusion： The installing electrode by wind of tape in neonatal AEEG, not only ensured quality of EEG monitoring ,but also avoided effect of chemical solvents in newborn health. |
