低年资护士时间管理倾向与自我和谐的相关性分析

目的了解低年资护士时间管理倾向与自我和谐情况,并探讨两者的关系。方法采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和自我和谐量表对250名低年资护士进行调查,对其时间管理倾向与自我和谐的关系进行相关分析。结果低年资护士自我与经验的不和谐得分为(50.9±7.6)分,自我灵活性得分为(22.6±6.8)分,自我刻板性得分为(23.0±3.1)分;时间管理倾向量表总分为(111.3±20.3)分,时间价值感得分为(21.7±5.9)分,时间监控观得分为(65.6±13.5)分,时间效能感得分为(24.0±5.3)分。低年资护士自我与经验的不和谐及自我刻板性与时间管理总分、时间监控观和时间效能感呈负相关;自我灵活性与时间管理倾向总分及各维度呈正相关。结论在临床护理管理工作中,需加强对低年资护士人格行为的塑造,全面提升低年资护士的自我效能感和时间管理能力,使她们更好地适应和服务于临床护理工作。

Correlation between time management disposition and self consistency and congruence among young nurses

Objective To explore the relationship between young nurses＇ self consistency;congruence and their time management disposition.Methods 250 young nurses were assessed with the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale（SCCS） and the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale（ATMD）.Correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were applied.Results The average scores of disharmony of self and experience,self;flexibility and self;stiffness were（50.9 ± 7.6）,（22.6 ± 6.8） and（23.0 ± 3.1） respectively.The nurses＇ time management disposition was negatively correlated with disharmony of self and experience,except for the perceived time values） and self;stiffness,and positively correlated with self;flexibility.Regression analysis showed that perceived time efficacy was an effective predictor of disharmony of self and experience and self;stiffness.The perceived time efficacy and the perceived time value were good predictors of self;flexibility.Conclusion There is a close relationship between young nurses＇ self consistency;congruence and their time management disposition.
