社区护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的影响

目的探讨社区护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者呼吸困难、运动耐力、生活质量及急性发作控制率的影响。方法将82例COPD稳定期患者随机分为干预组和对照组各41例。对照组采用常规护理方法治疗，干预组在此基础上进行社区护理干预治疗，其余治疗相同。12个月后观察各组患者呼吸困难、运动耐力、生活质量及急性发作控制率的变化。结果12个月后，干预组患者呼吸困难评分下降（2．81±1．12）分比（2．34±0．90）分]、圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）总分下降（168．9±65．4）分比（108．6±42．1）分]，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t分别为6．23，6．87；P〈0．05）；干预组患者急性发作控制率为70．73％，对照组为29．27％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X2=40．21，P〈0．01）。结论社区护理干预对COPD稳定期患者的康复治疗有效。

Effect of community nursing intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in the stable period

Objective To investigate the effects of community nursing intervention on dyspnea,exercise capacity,quality of life and control rate of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients in the stable period.Methods 82 cases with COPD in the stable period were divided into two groups randomly: the control group was treated by traditional care; the intervention group was treated by community nursing intervention; 41 cases in each group.The other treatments were the same in each group.12 months later,the dyspnea,exercise capacity,quality of life and control rate of acute exacerbation were observed and compared.Results 12 months later,the dyspnea in intervention group was reduced (2.81 ± 1.12) vs (2.34 ±0.90) ; t =6.23,P ＜ 0.05 ],the exercise capacity and quality of life were improved ( 168.9 ± 65.4) vs ( 108.6 ± 42.1 ) ;t =6.87,P ＜0.05] ; The control rate of acute exacerbation in intervention group was 70.73％ and 29.27％ in control group,the difference was significant ( x2 =40.21,P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Community nursing intervention was effective for COPD patients in the stable period with rehabilitation treatment.
