| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿阑尾炎的彩超声像图特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析75例经手术证实为急性阑尾炎患儿的超声检查资料,并将超声检查结果与手术病理结果进行对照分析。结果 75例急性阑尾炎患儿中单纯性阑尾炎26例,化脓性阑尾炎37例,坏疽性阑尾炎10例,阑尾周围脓肿2例。术前70例患者超声诊断为急性阑尾炎,5例为阴性,超声诊断与病理结果符合率93%,漏误诊率7%。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对小儿急性阑尾炎有很高的诊断价值,对疑诊患儿可作为首选检查方法。
