| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复病房开展优质护理服务的措施和成效，全面履行护士职责，开展优质护理服务。方法通过对医务人员的管理，统一思想，全员参与，改变护理服务模式；对患者进行管理，护理工作以患者为中心，公示服务内容完善护患沟通，改进流程，提供形式丰富的健康教育。结果患者满意度提高至99％；护士主动服务意识增强；陪护率下降到60％。结论康复病房开展优质护理服务提高了护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To promote the high quality nursing service,explore the measures and effects of the high quality nursing service.Methods Develop the nursing service model by the change of the stuff management,and improving the health education to patients.Results The degree of satisfaction from patients increased to 99％ and positive service consciousness increased,and the rate of nursing chaperonage decreased to 60％.Conclusions Carrying out the high quality nursing service in rehabilitation ward could improve the nursing quality. |
