ICU患者早期血液中淋巴细胞的变化

为探讨多发伤患者血液中淋巴细胞数量变化的规律。将1999年前5个月内连续收入ICU的患者40分为多发伤组、单纯脑外伤组、非创伤组,另选10例急性单纯性阑尾炎患者与其他单发伤组合并作为对照组,比较3组患者入院第1天或术后第1天(单纯阑尾炎患者)血液中淋巴细胞数量及百分数的变化程度。结果:(1)多发伤组、单纯脑外伤组、非创伤组与对照组相比,血液中淋巴细胞数量及百分数均显著减少(P<0.001)。(2)多发伤组分别为单纯脑外伤组、非创伤组相比,淋巴细胞也显著减少。结果提示多发伤患者较其他患者早期血液中淋巴细胞减少更显著。

The Change of Lymphocytes in the Blood of ICU Patients with Early Phase

To investigate the regularity of the change of the quantity of lymphocytes in the blood of ICU patients. Divided the 40 patients admitted in the ward of SICU consecutively in the first five month in 1999 into group of multiple injury, group of simple head injury and non -trauma and group of other simple injury. Chose 10 patients with simple appendicitis from general surgical ward in the same hospital to join in the group of simple injury as contrast group. Compared the change of the amount and percentage of lymphocytes in the blood on the first day admitted in the SICU of after operationCfor patients with simple appendicitis), results(1 )Compared with contrast group,The amount and percentage of lymphocyte in the blood of patients in both the group of multiple injury and the group of non -trarma and simple head injury decreased significantly( P <0. 001). (2)Compaed with the group of non - trauma and simple head injury,the quantity of lymphocytes in the multiple injury patients decreased significantly as well( P <0. 001). The amount and percentage of lymphocytes in the blood of patients with multiple injury in early phase decrease significantly than that in other patients.
