| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组化LSAB法检测了40例大肠癌c—erbB—2及p53基因蛋白,结果表明c—erbB—2和p53在大肠癌阳性表达率分别为65%、62.5%,明显高于时照组(P<0.05),同时表明c—erbB—2、p53阳性表达率与大肠癌体积大小和淋巴节转移有关。提示:c—erbB—2和p53联合表达在大肠癌的发生、发展中起作用。从理论上提供了大肠癌切除的理想范围。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemical technique -LSAB method was used to study the expressions of the onco-gene protein product c -erbB- 2 and p53 in serial tipsier sections of 40 cases of colorectal carcinomas. The results showed that the positive rates of c -erbB-2 and p53 expressions were 65% and 62. 5% respectively in carcinomas,which were higher than those of the control groupC P <0. 05). Furthermore,these results indicated that the expressions of c-erbB -2 and p53 were related with the tumor size and lymph nodes metastasis and they play a-combined role in colorectal carcinoma occurring and development |
