不同的清洗灭菌方法对无菌物品质量影响的研究

目的研究不同的清洗灭菌方法对无菌物品质量的影响。方法将需清洗、灭菌的物品分成对照组和研究组，分别使用手工清洗、机械清洗以及不同的灭菌方法，监测灭菌后的物品微生物监测合格率、灭菌干包合格率、包装合格率、洗涤合格率，并比较其差异。结果2组灭菌物品的微生物监测合格率、灭菌干包合格率、包装合格率、洗涤合格率等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论通过机械的清洗、脉动真空高压灭菌方法能严格保证无菌物品的质量。

Study of influenceing of different washing approaches on quality of axenic goods

Objective To study the influenc of different washing approaches on quality of asepsis goods. Methods The goods, which need to be washed and sterilized, were divided into the control and investigation group. Then manual and mechanical washing were used to sterilize. And then the scientific data would be acquired by inspecting microbial passing ratio, disinfecting passing ration, package passing ratio and washing passing ratio of post-disinfecting goods. Results There showed statistical difference in terms of the microbial passing ratio, disinfecting passing ration, package passing ratio and washing passing ratio of post-disinfecting goods between groups. Conclusions Using the mechanical washing and the pulsant vacuum and high pressure disinfecting approaches, the quality of the axenic goods can be guaranteed.
