介入性超声在盆腔包裹性积液中的治疗价值

目的 评价盆腔包裹性积液穿刺治疗中不同药物的疗效。方法 经阴道超声引导下对65例盆腔包裹性积液共进行77次穿刺。分2组，第l组用抗生素冲洗及保留，第2组用无水乙醇冲洗及保留，术后1月、3月、6月、12月随访观察。结果 65例77次穿刺中，随访34例共41次穿刺。明显缩小30例，有效率71.3％(30／41)。无水乙醇冲洗保留囊肿缩小的有效率为66％，高于抗生素冲洗组(34％)。结论 经阴道超声穿刺盆腔包裹性积液安全、快捷、简便、成功率高，值得推广。

Therapeutic value of ultrasound-guided aspiration in pelvic fluid collection

Objective To evalute therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided aspiration in pelvic fluid collection. Methods The aspiration of pelvic fluid collection was earried out transvaginally in 65 patients. Following aspiration, antibiotics and ethanol were given and saved in two different groups respectively. Follow-up had been given for 1,3,6 and 12 months. Results A total of 77 aspiration were done and no complication occurred. Forty-one times of aspiration in patients were accepted follow-up. Pelvic fluid collection in 30 patients reduced significantly with a curative rate of 71.3%. The group cured with ethanol reduced more 66% significantly than with antibiotics (34%). Conclusion The ultrasound-guided aspiration of pelvic fluid collection is an effective, safe, cheap and simple alternative therapeutic procedure.
