| 摘 要： | EphA2作为受体酪氨酸激酶(receptor tyrosine kinases,RTKs)家族成员之一, 通常以相对较低的水平表达在成人各种上皮细胞中，近来研究发现其在许多肿瘤中高表达,参与调节肿瘤细胞的生长、生存、迁移和侵袭,还涉及肿瘤血管和血管生成拟态的形成。目前EphA2被认为是一个很有潜力的靶点，正成为各种肿瘤防治研究的焦点。本文就其研究现状及其与肿瘤的关系作一综述。

| Abstract: | EphA2 as a part of RTKs(receptor tyrosine kinases) superfamily is lower expressed in various kinds epitheliums usually.It was found higher expressed in many tumor tissues recently.It takes part in the regulation of the grew、exist、migrate and invasion of tumor cells,it is also involved in the formation of the tumor vessel and vasculogenic mimicry. EphA2 as a target with latent capacity was becoming a focal point on prevention and treatment of tumor. This review article introduced EphA2 and summarized the relationships between serum EphA2 and tumor systematicly. |
