游离肘外侧皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损

目的 探讨以桡侧副动脉后支供血的游离肘外侧皮瓣的设计和应用技术。方法 以肱骨外上髁后缘与三角肌止点后缘连线为轴，在肘外侧部设计包含前臂后皮神经的皮瓣，以桡侧副动静脉为蒂，蒂长可达５～８ｃｍ。临床应用游离肘外侧皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损７例。结果７例皮瓣均完全存活，效果良好，结论 肘外侧皮瓣血管蒂较长，皮瓣薄且质地佳，手术操作较方便，适合修复中等面积手部皮肤缺损。

Free lateral elbow flap for repairing skin defect of hand

Objective To explore the design and operative techniques of the free lateral elbow flap based on the posterior radial collateral artery Methods The flap is designed on the lateral surface of the elbow,the line between the trailing edge of the lateral epicondyle of humerus and the trailing edge of the attachment of the deltoid is the axis of the flap The free lateral elbow flaps were applied to repair skin defects on the injured hands in 7 cases in this series Results All flaps survived,the appearance of the flaps are good,the function of the injured hands are recovered well Conclusions The vascular pedicle of the lateral elbow flap is 5 to 8 cm long in length,the thickness of the flap is quite thin,and the harvesting process of the flap is convenient and safe It is suitable that the free lateral elbow flap is used to repair a medium sized skin defect of the hand
