公立医院法人治理结构改革三种主要模式分析

摘    要:公立医院法人治理结构改革模式分为自主经营目标责任制模式、医院托管模式、董事会模式和管办分离模式四种。课题组认为,我国目前各地区和各级医院情况复杂,对公立医院治理结构改革改革不宜采用统一的模式,应当根据具体情况进行具体的制度设计。

Abstract:There were four kinds of Public hospital corporate governance structure model: Autonomic operarion and responsibilities mechanism model, hospital trusteeship model, directorate model, seperating between steering and rowing model. With the complex environment and imbalanced development among regions and hospitals, the public hospital corporate governance structure reform in China was considered not to be unified. And the certain model was considered to fit certain environment.
