| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of complexity of knowledge,this article studies the essence of problem-based learning(PBL) in Chinese medicine,presents the significance,nature and task,and main precedures of PBL teacher team;it is believed that PBL teacher team is a learning organization,helpful to cultivate PBL teachers and enhance PBL teaching level. |
