中医学习型PBL教师团队建设的思考与实践

摘    要:从知识的复杂性角度思考中医PBL的本质,探讨PBL教师团队组建的意义、性质和任务,以及团队建设的主要环节,提出PBL教师团队是一种“学习型组织”,有利于培养PBL教师队伍,提高PBL教学水平。

Abstract:From the viewpoint of complexity of knowledge,this article studies the essence of problem-based learning(PBL) in Chinese medicine,presents the significance,nature and task,and main precedures of PBL teacher team;it is believed that PBL teacher team is a learning organization,helpful to cultivate PBL teachers and enhance PBL teaching level.
