| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨中西医结合护理老年糖尿病足的临床效果。[方法]本研究选取2009年1月至2012年6月间我院收治的患有糖尿病足者共45例,应用中西医结合的护理方法进行护理。[结果]痊愈18例,好转16例,无效7例,恶化4例,有效率为75.56%。[结论]采用中西医结合的方法对老年糖尿病足进行护理,效果较好。

| Abstract: | [Objective]Investigate the combined Chinese and Western medicine nursing senile diabetic foot clinic effect.[Methods]This study selected in 2009 January to 2012 June in our hospital were suffering from diabetic foot in 45 cases,application of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing care.[Results] 18 cases were cured,16 cases improved,no significant improvement in 7 cases,deteriorated in 4 cases,efficiency of 75.56%.[Conclusion]With combination of TCM and Western medicine in treatment of elderly patients with diabetic foot care,better effect. |
