布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的探讨布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及副作用。方法将收治的毛细支气管炎患儿90例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各45例。2组患儿均予常规抗感染、止咳化痰等治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用甲强龙;治疗组加用布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入。连续治疗5~7 d。观察2组间总体疗效、症状及体征缓解或消失时间、住院时间以及副作用的差异。结果 2组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗组主要临床症状、体征缓解或消失时间以及住院天数显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。对照组发生烦躁不安2例,腹泻1例;治疗组未发生明显的不良反应。结论布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,可有效缩短主要症状及体征缓解或消失的时间,加速患儿好转或痊愈,缩短住院时间,且不增加不良反应发生率,可更广泛地应用于临床,尤其是基层医院。

Efficacy of budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide aerosol in the treatment of bronchiolitis

Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of budesonide joint combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods Ninety children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group（n=45） and control group（n=45）.Both of the two groups received conventional treatment of anti-infection,cough and phlegm.The control group,on the basis of conventional treatment,received methylprednisolone,while the treatment group was administered budesonide combined with compound ipratropium bromide inhalation solution.Children received continuous treatment for 7 days.The overall efficacy between the two groups,the symptoms and signs of remission or disappearance time,differences in the length of hospital stay,and side effects were observed.Results The total efficacy rate showed no significant differences between the two groups.Clinical symptoms,signs of remission or disappearance time and the length of hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.There were 2 children with irritability,and one child with diarrhea in the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion Budesonide suspension combined with compound ipratropium solution aerosol inhalation is effective in treating children with bronchiolitis.It can effectively reduce the symptoms and signs of remission or the disappearance time,accelerate the improvement or recovery of the children,shorten hospital stay without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of wide clinical application,especially in primary-level hospitals.
