蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效及依从性分析

目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效及依从性。方法将82例上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为2组,治疗组43例予蒲地蓝口服液,对照组39例予利巴韦林片,比较2组疗效、不良反应及依从性。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗组退热时间及咳嗽、流涕、咽痛、呕吐消失时间均显著短于对照组;2组患者均未发生严重不良反应;治疗组依从性优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效较好,可显著缩短症状消失时间,且服用简单,毒副作用较低,服药依从性好,值得临床推广。

Efficacy and compliance of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid on upper respiratory tract infection in children

Objective To explore the efficacy and compliance of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid on upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods Eighty-two children with upper respiratory tract infection were divided into treatment group（n=43） and control group（n=39）.The treatment group received Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid,while the control group received ibavirin.The efficacy,adverse reactions and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The atifebrile time,disappearing time of cough,rinorrhoea,pharyngalgia and vomiting in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.There were no severe adverse reactions in both two groups.The compliance of the treatment group was better than in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid has good effect on upper respiratory tract infection in children.It can significantly shorten the disappearing time of clinical symptoms.Besides it is easy to take with low toxic side effects and good compliance.Thus it is worthy of clinical applications.
