腺苷蛋氨酸序贯治疗对胆汁淤积性肝病的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察S-腺苷蛋氨酸序贯治疗胆汁淤积性肝病的临床疗效。方法 52例胆汁淤积性肝病患者随机分为单纯静点组和序贯治疗组,比较治疗后2组间及组内谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酸转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBil)、间接胆红素(DBill)、总胆汁酸(TBA)的变化。结果序贯治疗组ALT、AST、GGT、TBill、DBill、TBA 6项指标均较治疗前明显下降,且差异有统计学意义。序贯治疗组降低TBill、DBill及TBA显著优于单纯静点组,P〈0.05。结论对于各类原因导致的肝内胆汁淤积性肝病,腺苷蛋氨酸序贯治疗可明显提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sequential administration of succinic acid adenosylmethionine on cholestatic hepatitis patients.Methods Fifty-two cholestatic hepatitis patients were randomly divided into test group and control group.The test group was administered succinic aicd adenosylmethionine sequentially,while the control group was administered succinic aicd adenosylmethionine conventionally.The changes of serum total bilirubin TBiL,alanine aminotransferase ALT,glutamic acid-GT and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) between and within the two groups were observed.Results The total efficacy rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group.TBiL,ALT,GGT and AKP of the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Sequentially administration of succinic acid adenosylmethionine is an ideal treatment for cholestatic hepatitis.
