腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的疗效及安全性分析

目的分析腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的疗效及技巧。方法回顾性分析2008年~2011年本院收治的88例直肠癌患者的临床资料。将接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的50例患者作为腹腔镜组,将接受开腹直肠癌根治术的38例患者作为开腹组,观察2组疗效及并发症。结果 2组手术时间、术中出血量、肿块切缘、淋巴结清扫总数等差异无统计学意义。腹腔镜组切口长度以及需镇痛患者比例明显小于开腹组,术后排气时间、进食时间、下床时间及住院时间明显短于开腹组。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗直肠癌疗效确切,根治性令人满意。

Analysis of efficacy and safety of laparoscopic resection for rectal cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and techniques of laparoscopic resection for rectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with rectal cancer from 2008 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Fifty patients who received laparoscopic resection were selected as laparoscopic group.Thirty-eight patients who received open abdominal resection were selected as open abdominal group.The efficacy and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The surgery duration,bleeding amount,mass cutting edge and total number of lymph node dissection in the two groups showed no significant differences.The incision length and the rate of patients who needed analgesia in laparoscopic group were obviously smaller than those in open abdominal group.The evacuation time,food-intake time,off-bed time,duration of hospital stay in laparoscopic group were obviously shorter than those in open abdominal group.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection in rectal cancer has proved clinical efficacy and radical effect is satisfactory.
