临时义齿的天然牙修复

目的用患者本身的天然牙作为临时义齿的基础材料提供临时修复，并与传统的临时义齿作比较。方法对20名前牙拔除的患者，用其天然牙作临时修复，与其他传统方法临时修复的20名患者作比较。结果在美观和病人心理接受程度、拔牙创愈合情况、黏膜过敏情况、价格等方面，前者有较大的优势。结论利用患者本身的完整离体牙为病人作临时修复，既美观，又避免了其他材料制作的临时义齿的不良影响。

Crude Tooth Denture

Purpose To make use of the patient's crude tooth as the basic material for a temporary denture to offer temporary restoration,and to make comparisons with traditional methods. Methods For nearly 20 patients who had anterior teeth removed,we used their own crude teeth as a temporary method of restoration,in comparison with other patients applied with traditional restorative methods. Results In terms of aesthetics,price,patient's psychological acceptance,healing of removal wounds,avoidance of mucosa allergy,the former method has considerable advantages over traditional ones. Conclusions Use of the patient's crude tooth as a temporary denture is an excellent solution for aesthetic situation.Moreover,it avoids the negative effects posed by temporary denture made of other materials.
