| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)与免疫抑制酸性蛋白(IAP)的联合检测对大肠癌的诊断价值。方法 分别用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和单向免疫琼脂扩散法测定大肠癌患者血清中CEA与IAP的含量。结果 CEA、IAP对大肠癌的灵敏度分别为33. 3%、40. 0%,特异度分别为93. 3%、86. 7%。经受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析,CEA、IAP的曲线下面积分别为0. 747、0. 659。并联检测的灵敏度为60. 0%,特异度为80. 0%。结论 血清CEA与IAP的联合检测可提高大肠癌的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of the combinative test of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and immunosuppressive acid protein(IAP) for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and single immunodiffusion were used to determine the concentration of CEA and IAP in serum sample of colorectal cancer patients. Results The sensitivity of CEA and IAP was (33.3%) and (40.0%) respectively. The specificity of CEA and IAP was (93.3%) and (86.7%) respectively. The receiver operator characteristic(ROC) curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC was (0.747) for CEA and (0.659) for IAP. The sensitivity of the parallel tests was (60.0%) and the specificity was (80.0%). Conclusions The combinative test of CEA and IAP can improve the diagnostic value of colorectal cacner. |
