| 摘 要： | 医药产业是国家经济发展的重要组成部分,也是人民美好生活的基础保障。医药行业迅猛发展,需要更多的专业技术技能型人才。通过网络问卷调查、现场考察访谈等方式,对湖北及其周边地区的医药企事业单位进行深入调研,分析相关地区医药行业的岗位需求,进一步明确行业的人才需求状况,为高职院校药学专业建设和人才培养提供依据。

| Abstract: | Pharmaceutical industry is an important part of the national economic development,but also the basis of the people s good life guarantee.The rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry requires more professional and technically skilled talents.Through the network questionnaire survey,site visits and interviews,in-depth research on pharmaceutical enterprises and institutions in Hubei and its surrounding areas was conducted,the job requirements of the pharmaceutical industry in the relevant areas were analyzed,and further the industry s talent demand situation was clarified,which will provide a basis for the construction and training of pharmacy professionals in colleges and universities. |
