Application of Situation-background-assessment-communication Mode in the Service of Physical Examination Center

Objective:To explore the application effect of situation-background-assessment-communication mode in the service of physical examination center.Methods:A total of 17,450 physical examiners during October 1,2019 to April 30,2020 were enrolled as the control group,the control group was given routine nursing.And a total of 22,540 physical examiners during May 1 to October 2020 were enrolled as the observation group,the observation group was given situation-background-assessment-communication mode.The problems in physical examination,quality of physical examination,negative emotions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rates of chaotic scene,unclear division,missing of medical examination items,delayed report sending,and connection problems in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The completion rate of one-time physical examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),the waiting time of physical examination and completion time of physical examination process were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).The HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of environment comfort,physical examination items education,physical examination fluency,privacy confidentiality,communication ability and service level in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of situation-background-assessment-communication mode in the nursing service of physical examination center can reduce the occurrence of problems during physical examination,improve negative emotions of physical examiners,improve quality of physical examination and nursing satisfaction.
