聚焦解决模式用于老年骨质疏松性骨折的效果分析

目的:分析对老年骨质疏松性骨折实施聚焦解决模式的干预效果。方法:选取我院在2018年4月-2019年6月接受的80例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者作为此次研究对象,按照一比一分组的方法将80例患者分为人数相同的2组。将接受常规护理模式的40例患者作为对照组,将接受聚焦解决模式干预的40例患者作为观察组。通过对比2组患者在接受护理前后抑郁情绪和焦虑情绪的评分以及骨折愈合程度进行对比,判断聚焦解决模式的干预效果。结果:观察组在接受护理前抑郁和焦虑情绪评分相差并不明显,P>0.05,在接受护理后观察组抑郁情绪和焦虑情绪评分降低幅度大于对照组。观察组出院后骨折愈合程度好于对照组,观察组治疗效果较好,P<0.05;观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后并发症总发生率比对照组低,P<0.05。结论:对于因老年骨质疏松而出现骨折的患者而言,使用聚焦解决模式可以缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,加快患者髋关节的恢复速度,提高骨折的愈合效果,降低术后并发症发生风险,对患者的术后恢复起到了积极的影响,同时还能增加患者满意度,值得在今后借鉴。

Effect Analysis of Focused Solution Model on Senile Osteoporotic Fracture

Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of focused solution model on senile osteoporotic fractures.Methods:80 eld-erly patients with osteoporotic fractures accepted in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object.Ac-cording to the method of one-to-one grouping,80 patients were divided into two groups with the same number.40 patients receiving routine nursing mode were used as the control group,and 40 patients receiving focused solution mode intervention were used as the experi-mental group.By comparing the scores of depression and anxiety and the degree of fracture healing between the two groups before and after nursing,,the intervention effect of focus solution mode was judged.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the experimental group and the observation group before receiving nursing,P>0.05.After receiving nursing,the scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group decreased more than those in the control group.The degree of fracture healing in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the treatment effect in the experimental group was better(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with fracture due to senile osteoporosis,the use of focus solution model can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,accel-erate the recovery of hip joint,improve the healing effect of fracture,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,have a positive impact on the postoperative recovery of patients,and increase the satisfaction of patients,It is worth learming from in the future.
