| 摘 要： | CPB 手术病人16例,转流时间在90min 以内8例为 A 组,转流时间在90min 以上8例为 B组。观察了 CPB 中灌注流量、MAP、血液稀释度、温度对 LDH 活性和乳酸含量变化的影响。结果表明:转流后 10min、开放主动脉后2min、停 CPB 后2min 时 LDH 活性和乳酸含量均明显高于转流前,转流、阻断循环时间长者明显高于短者。

| Abstract: | According to the CPB time,16 CPB patients were divided into two groups.Those within 90 min belonged to group A,whileothers to group B.The effect of MAP,flow,degree of blood dilution,temperature to LDH activity and the amount of lactatewas studied.The results indicated that LDH activity and amount of lactate were higher at in 10 min CPB,2 min after aorticdeclamping and 2 min after withdrawal of CPB than before CPB.The values of LDH and lactate are higher in longer CPB thanthose in shorter CPB. |
