| 摘 要： | 目的:研究长春瑞滨联合顺铂(NP方案)对晚期乳腺癌疗效及安全性。方法:符合纳入标准的42例晚期转移性乳腺癌患者给予NP方案治疗2周期以上,对其有效率及毒副作用进行分析;结果:NP方案治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌有效率为53·2%,疾病控制率为78·6%,毒副作用主要为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应;结论:NP方案对晚期转移性乳腺癌患者有较好的疗效,且耐受性好,值得进一步临床研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of vinorelbine(NVB)combined with cisplatin(DDP)in the treatment for advanced breast cancer.Methods:Fourty-two patients of advanced breast cancer received vinorelbine 25 mg/m2 i.v,d1,8 combined with cisplatin 25 mg/m2 i.v,d1-3 and repeated every 3 weeks.All enrolled patients received at least two cycles of treatment.Results:It showed that the effective rate was 53.2% and the disease control rate was above 70%.The major side effects were myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting.No treatment-related death occurred.Conclusion:The regimen of NVB plus DDP was effective for treating advanced breast cancer. |
