| 摘 要： | 应用灰色模型GM(1,1)预测杭州2000年的城市垃圾量达94万t(吨).如此大量的垃圾仅靠目前的填埋方式,会给杭州市带来较大的环保压力和土地资源的浪费.根据目前存在的一些问题,提出了垃圾减量、回收、分类收集、分类处理、实行向居民收费和加强立法与监管等对策.

| Abstract: | This article calculated the future domestic garbage amount of Hangzhou city by the grey model GM(1,1). The annual amount is 940,000 tons in year of 2000. The great amount of domestic garbage would result in environmental protection pressure and land waste if they were disposed only .by the landfilling. According to the existed problems, the countermeasures were worked out, ie. minimizing and recovery the waste, waste sorting collection and treatment, as well as charging inhabitants and enhancing legislation, management and supervision. |
