三种内固定方法治疗成人髌骨骨折

目的：运用3种内固定方法治疗成人髌骨骨折，对比膝关节功能优良率，探讨其手术适应证。方法：对74例成人髌骨骨折，分别采取改良克氏针张力带钢丝、空心拉力螺钉结合钢丝、镍钛聚髌器3种内固定方法手术治疗。结果：74例获访72例，随访时间6～12个月。分别于术后3、6个月对获访患者进行膝关节功能测评，发现远期关节功能优良率无明显差异。结论：治疗成人髌骨骨折，依据受伤原因、骨折移位情况、髌前皮肤损伤情况分别选择适宜的内固定方法，均能获得良好疗效。

Treatment of patellar fracture for adults with three methods of internal fixation

Objective: We recalled the treatment of the adult patellar fracture with three methods of internal fixation in 7 years, compared the excellent and good rate of the long-term knee function and explored the surgical indication. Methods:74 cases of adult patellar fracture were treated respectively with improved kirschner tension band,combination of the hollow natl and wire tension, Ni-Ti poly patellar fixation. Results: 72 cases were visited in 74 cases and the follow-up period was 6-12 months.We found no significant difference in long-term knee joint function of 3 months and 6 months. Conclusion: We can have access to good effects for the treatment of adult patellar fracture, appropriate methods of internal fixation Could be chosen based on the cause of the injuries,facture displacement,local skin damage.
