| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨四枝肉瘤动脉化疗栓塞的临床疗效及其保肢意义。方法：12例肢体肉瘤行为动脉灌注表可霉素、顺铂、氮稀眯胺，碘油、明胶海绵栓塞后，观察分析临床症状、体症、生存率、局部复发率及远隔转移。结果：四肢肉瘤动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）后症状明显缓解，肿块明显缩小，患肢功能改善。结论：动脉化疗栓塞术疗效肯定，是外科保肢术前和不能或不愿手术者的理想选择，社会意义积极。

Clinical study of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in treating limb-sarcoma |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in treating limb sarcoma and its significance of limb conservation. METHODS: 12 patients with limb sarcoma underwent TACE and clinical materials were analysed before and after TACE. RESULTS: Symptoms were improved, tumor size became smaller. CONCLUSION: TACE should be an ideal choice for patients with limb sarcoma before surgical treatment. |
