糖尿病性视网膜病变激光治疗的临床研究

目的：研究激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变（DR）的疗效。方法：用美国产波长为532 nm激光光凝治疗174例（248眼）DR患者 术前行视力、裂隙灯、眼底、眼压、视野、眼底荧光素血管造影（FFA）检查,术后随访4个月~2年,随访时查视力、散瞳查眼底、复查荧光素眼底血管造影。结果：视力提高179眼（占72.1%）, 视力无变化54眼（占21.7%）,视力下降15眼（占6.0%）。结论：激光治疗DR疗效显著,是最为有效的方法,显著降低了致盲率,使部分患者视力提高。

Clinical Research of Laser Treatment on Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective：To investigate the effect in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy（DR）.Methods：Laser photocoagulation by 532 nm laser producted in U.S.174 cases（248 eyes）DR patients Line preoperative visual acuity、slit lamp、fundus、intraocular pressure、vision、 fundus fluorescein angiography,patients were followed up for 4 months～2 years.They were indentified during follow-up visual acuity、enlarge the pupils to check fundus inspection、review of fundus fluorescein angiography.Results：Vision to improve 179 eyes（72.1%）,No change in visual acuity 54 eyes（21.7%）,Vision to decline 15 eyes（6.0%）.Conclusion：Laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy is effective,and is the most effective way to reduce the rate of blindness significantly,improved visual acuity in some patients.
